AZ Scene Corporation (“AZ Scene”) recognizes how important it is for all our stakeholders that the personal information of customers, employees, and others handled in the course of our business be protected. Accordingly, we have established and comply with the following Personal Information Protection Policy so that we treat such information appropriately in light of our business activities.

1. AZ Scene complies with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other relevant laws, regulations, guidelines, and internal rules, and handles personal information appropriately.
2. When acquiring personal information, AZ Scene provides notification or announces publicly (including publication in this policy) the purpose(s) for which such information will be used.
3. Except in cases stipulated by law or when the individual’s consent has been obtained, AZ Scene will appropriately use personal information we have acquired within the scope necessary to achieve the following purposes of use, and we will not handle the information beyond this scope nor disclose or provide it to any third party.

4. AZ Scene strives to maintain any personal information acquired accurate and up-to-date within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose(s) of use.
5. AZ Scene has put in place the following security controls that are necessary and appropriate measures for preventing the inappropriate disclosure, loss, or damage as well as other secure management of personal information (referring to personal information compiled in a personal information database or the equivalent systematically organized in order for particular personal information to be easily searchable, as well as “personal data” as specified under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information; hereinafter referred to as “personal data”). AZ Scene also exercises necessary and appropriate supervision of employees and contractors who handle personal data.
   1. Creation of Personal Information Protection Guidelines
      AZ Scene has created this policy (Personal Information Protection Policy) which covers compliance with relevant laws, guidelines, and other rules, and the Personal Information Protection Consultation Office for handling questions and complaints in order to ensure appropriate handling of personal data.
   2. Development of Regulations Concerning the Handling of Personal Data
      AZ Scene has established the Personal Information Handling Regulations and other internal rules stipulating methods for handling personal data, responsible persons & personnel in charge, their duties, etc.
   3. Institutional Security Controls
      AZ Scene has appointed the persons responsible for handling personal data, specified the employees who handle personal data, clarified the scope of personal data such employees handle, and put in place a system for reporting and contacting the responsible persons when facts or signs are identified indicating a violation of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, AZ Scene’s Personal Information Protection Regulations, etc.
   4. Human Security Controls
      AZ Scene regularly creates education and training plans, and conducts periodic training based on these plans to maintain and promote appropriate handling of personal data.
   5. Physical & Technical Security Controls
      AZ Scene strives to prevent the dispersion, loss, and leakage of documents (including magnetic media) containing personal information AZ Scene has stored by keeping this information in lockable locations, managing passwords, and other means, and we appropriately manage information equipment so that it is not used by persons without proper authorization.
6. AZ Scene does not provide personal data to third parties except in the following cases:
   • When the individual has provided such consent
   • When such provision is pursuant to laws or regulations
   • When provision is necessary to protect the life, wellbeing, or property of an individual, and it is difficult to obtain consent of the individual
7. When there is a request for disclosure, correction, suspension of use, etc. of personal data held by AZ Scene, we respond to the request in accordance with the prescribed method where the office indicated in the following section directs the process.
